AI solution provider Intuitive.AI has posted revenue growth of 600 percent over the past five years by prioritizing business outcomes over technological capabilities, the company's CEO Jay Modh told CRN. The Iselin, New Jersey-based firm, which partners with Amazon Web Services and Anthropic, attributes its expansion to a go-to-market strategy centered on demonstrating return on investment rather than simply deploying AI systems. The company anticipates total revenue will climb by nearly 50 percent annually in 2026, with AWS-related sales expected to surge by over 60 percent.

Intuitive.AI has committed more than $15 million over the past two years to develop IntuitiveIQ, which the firm describes as a decision intelligence engine and multi-model, multi-agentic AI governance and orchestration platform. The company's AWS sales growth rate is projected to exceed AWS' own revenue expansion in 2026. Intuitive.AI maintains partnerships with major cloud and AI providers including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Anthropic, with particular emphasis on AWS. The firm's AWS business is connected either to infrastructure AI—including underlying systems like Amazon Bedrock used with or without Databricks or Snowflake, plus Anthropic on top—or to physical AI in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, and retail where large-scale AI adoption is occurring.

"At the end of the day, every CFO and CIO is going to ask for ROI on their AI investment and what are we truly driving for their business," Modh said. "It's not about the technology now." According to Modh, customer conversations now revolve around specific returns: whether a dollar of investment generates five or ten dollars back, and how quickly value will be realized. The CEO said clients no longer initiate discussions around AI pilots and experimentation but instead ask how Intuitive.AI can prove it can deliver business outcomes with AI. The company positions itself as an engineering solution consulting partner always focused on outcomes, then re-engineers solutions to align with the results customers seek, rather than operating as a resale-focused partner.

The company's growth strategy reflects a broader shift in how enterprises approach AI investments, with customers demanding what Modh called "brass tacks" conversations about defined business value before committing funds. Intuitive.AI describes IntuitiveIQ as benchmarked against top industry players from Palantir to Microsoft Fabric IQ, solving what the firm identifies as a fundamental issue creating drag and slowing AI adoption. The platform features an agentic AI control plane that operates across every AI model and agent on data and tools clients already run, eliminating the need for system replacement and designed to go live on existing infrastructure in weeks rather than quarters. IntuitiveIQ is deeply integrated with Anthropic Claude to deliver governed, decision-grade outcomes and is currently available on the AWS Marketplace, which Modh said is driving significant adoption and inbound leads from AWS for platform uptake.

Intuitive.AI doesn't anticipate customer spending or AI momentum slowing in 2027 due to its successful strategy. Modh said the company's solution is shaping how the industry will direct AI investment with trust and confidence by making probabilistic elements deterministic with IntuitiveIQ, which will help drive applied AI adoption. The firm characterizes itself as an engineering company perpetually focused on business outcomes, which the CEO described as how the company operates. The shift from technology-first to outcome-first positioning may signal which vendors survive as enterprise buyers exhaust patience for unproven systems. Companies unable to translate models into measurable business impact risk losing ground to partners who treat ROI conversations as the starting point rather than an afterthought.
